Red Top Square

Red Top Square was an offshore project in Indonesia for Bureau Veritas in the ‘90s. The hotel building opened as a five star Radisson hotel with 400 rooms and extensive food, beverage and function facilities.

Bureau Veritas was appointed to maintain the quality of the fitout while working to a budget set at 10% lower than other comparable projects in Jakarta. While the project was completed substantially under budget, the high occupancy rate since it opened is a clear demonstration of the quality of the hotel.

Note: APP Corporation Pty Limited (The APP Group) was initially contracted for this project. The APP Group was acquired by Bureau Veritas in December 2024.
