Vic Investments Management Group appointed Bureau Veritas to provide development management and project delivery services for the 330 dwelling apartment building. The site is located in the high growth suburb of Macquarie Park in close proximity to Macquarie University, metro stations, retail stores and commercial tenancies.
Note: APP Corporation Pty Limited (The APP Group) was initially contracted for this project. The APP Group was acquired by Bureau Veritas in December 2024.
