Delivering a high-rise residential tower in a growing Sydney suburb.
Bureau Veritas was engaged by Poly Real Estate to undertake the development management, design management and construction superintendence for the two new 21-storey residential towers in Epping. The role covered gaining authority approvals for demolishing the existing commercial towers and a separate Development Approval for the new residential towers.
The project team also managed multiple contracts and worked alongside Tier 1 consultants, such as Ganellen. The buildings contain 501 apartments and over a dozen retail spaces on the ground level.
Note: APP Corporation Pty Limited (The APP Group) was initially contracted for this project. The APP Group was acquired by Bureau Veritas in December 2024.
