Elevaire Apartments, Gold Coast

Evoke Property Group are a lifestyle-driven property development group who create apartments that embrace the natural surroundings and provide thoughtfully designed living spaces. Evoke Property Group appointed Bureau Veritas as Superintendent to deliver their Elevaire Apartments located in north Palm Beach in the Gold Coast.  

This project will include 40 luxury apartments across 9 levels consisting of 1-, 2-, & 3- bedroom layouts featuring spacious floor plans and expansive balconies. We will also deliver for Evoke Property Group a ground floor reception and entry, two sub basements for car parking and associated civil and services work. Our team is providing Superintendent services for the project. 

Note: APP Corporation Pty Limited (The APP Group) was initially contracted for this project. The APP Group was acquired by Bureau Veritas in December 2024.
