St Ives Carine

St Ives Carine is architecturally designed to provide a premium retirement living option in WA. Located within close proximity of Perth’s northern beaches surrounded by beautiful bushland in the popular Carine Rise area, St Ives Carine is a luxurious, resort-style lifestyle retirement village.

Developed and operated by St Ives Retirement Living, St Ives Carine is a three-stage masterplanned community consisting of three architecturally designed premium apartment buildings, connected by beautifully landscaped gardens and extensive village amenity including a restaurant, café, health pavilion with indoor pool and gym, hairdresser, library and art studio.

Bureau Veritas was appointed as Project Manager to manage the design, procurement and delivery of Stages 2 and 3. Additionally, our team is also providing Advisory services including financial feasibility and planning approval.

Stage 2 involved construction of 47 two and three bedroom apartments with a unique design, allowing for a central courtyard with a major influence on greenery and landscape design. Additionally, our team worked on commercial tenancies, residents lobby and a connection lobby.

Stage 3 involves an additional 63 two and three bedroom apartments, connecting into the existing Stage 1 building which was delivered in 2017. This will finalise the Carine Rise Masterplan for St Ives, and will deliver a unique landscape design, incorporating local gardens, shelters, walking paths, and exercise areas. Multi-purpose spaces will be present across each level, allowing residents to socialise and enjoy their time together.
