Uniting Lindsay Gardens Stage 1 and 2

Constructed in 1998, Uniting’s Lindsay Gardens residential aged care facility contains 71 residential rooms and ensuites across three households, Beaumont, Gregson, and Meadows. In 2022, Uniting conducted a Condition Assessment and identified 43 rooms requiring refurbishment. Over the next four years, the upgrades will include the restoration of all 43 bedroom interiors, including the installation of TV screens, nurse calling systems, and the renovation of all bathrooms in compliance with relevant BCA and Australian Standards. 

Bureau Veritas was engaged by Uniting as Project Manager to oversee the design and construction management. We assisted with content preparation, liaising with supporting consultants, and investigating temporary rooms for residents during construction. 

Note: APP Corporation Pty Limited (The APP Group) was initially contracted for this project. The APP Group was acquired by Bureau Veritas in December 2024.
