Watertown Brand Outlet Centre

Watertown Brand Outlet Centre, located in West Perth, is a 100+ store brand outlet shopping centre between Wellington St and the Mitchell Freeway. The centre offers a diverse mix of international and Australian brands specialising in fashion, accessories, gifts, homewares, leisure and sportswear.
Bureau Veritas was selected by Far East Organization to project manage the proposed repositioning of the Watertown Brand Outlet Centre. The project involved a new 1,000sqm ground floor dining precinct to house 11 new eateries, with both dine-in and takeaway options. High level translucent canopies were added to provide weather protection to diners and shoppers.
The team managed the procurement process in addition to the design, tendering and construction of the main works.
Note: APP Corporation Pty Limited (The APP Group) was initially contracted for this project. The APP Group was acquired by Bureau Veritas in December 2024.
