Chadstone Shopping Centre Atrium
Enhancing Australia’s largest shopping centre.
Featuring over 550 stores, Chadstone is Australia’s largest shopping centre destination. Continued investment by Vicinity Centres into the retail hub has seen Chadstone continue to grow, expanding what it offers to include lifestyle and entertainment precincts.
As part of its long-term relationship with Vicinity Centres, Bureau Veritas was engaged provide Project Delivery, Design Management and Tenancy Delivery services for the Chadstone Atrium Redevelopment. The project included redevelopment of the existing lower ground floor food court to accommodate 21 new food and beverage and specialty tenancies, anchored by the first full line Australian flagship Victoria’s Secret store which took centre stage on the ground level above.
