Located within the west luxury mall, the Chadstone West Piazza redevelopment included backfill of the previous GAP tenancy with two new high-end restaurants, Calia and Yu Kitchen, and a luxury transit lounge for arriving VIP guests.
Bureau Veritas was engaged by Vicinity Centres to provide project delivery, design management and superintendent services for the design and construction contract and tenancy delivery services for the restaurant and lounge.
Note: APP Corporation Pty Limited (The APP Group) was initially contracted for this project. The APP Group was acquired by Bureau Veritas in December 2024.
