Growing a retail shopping centre to support Greater Perth.
Secret Harbour Square is a shopping centre that was first built in 2006 in Perth’s south. Following significant residential development in the area, the shopping centre needed to grow as the town centre for the Secret Harbour and Port Kennedy communities. The new expansion would double the size of the shopping centre, which is anchored by three major retailers including Woolworths, Coles and Aldi and 40 additional specialty stores including McDonald’s and Dan Murphy’s.
Bureau Veritas was appointed to project manage the planning, design and delivery of the shopping centre expansion for Charter Hall and delivered the overall project in 2017.
Note: APP Corporation Pty Limited (The APP Group) was initially contracted for this project. The APP Group was acquired by Bureau Veritas in December 2024.
