One The Esplanade
Delivering a premier commercial building within a landmark waterfront precinct.
Elizabeth Quay is a thriving business and recreational precinct situated on the banks of the Swan River in Perth. In 2018, Brookfield Properties joined forces with Chevron to develop One The Esplanade, a 29-storey commercial tower at Elizabeth Quay to serve as its new corporate headquarters.
Bureau Veritas provided Project Delivery and Superintendent services throughout the delivery phase of the project. The project team successfully delivered 57,000 sqm of premium office space and premium amenities including end-of-trip facilities, gymnasium, childcare facilities, retail and hospitality spaces.
The tower features a unique three-storey circular oculus that opens from the building’s podium to allow natural light to spill into the amenities below.
Note: APP Corporation Pty Limited (The APP Group) was initially contracted for this project. The APP Group was acquired by Bureau Veritas in December 2024.
