Linde Gas Industrial Facility
Project Managing a new manufacturing facility for a global industrial gases and engineering company.
Bureau Veritas (BV) was commissioned to project manage the construction of a new manufacturing facility on a Greenfield site for Linde Gas. The project involved extensive earthworks, services infrastructure and a number of individual buildings and structures, including a new testing facility.
The major benefits to Linde Gas were through BV’s management of the highly complex and onerous approval processes required by both council and the Department of Planning. This process involved numerous reports, studies and audits and the requirement for extensive liaison and negotiation before, during and post completion.
Note: APP Corporation Pty Limited (The APP Group) was initially contracted for this project. The APP Group was acquired by Bureau Veritas in December 2024.
