Hills Showground Station Precinct
Advocating for sound planning and development outcomes.
The area surrounding Showground Station at Castle Hill was one of eight growth precincts along the Sydney Metro rail corridor earmarked for rezoning by the NSW Government. Showground Station is adjacent to the historic Castle Hill Showground and will consist of a series of plazas that respond to the character and land uses of the surrounding landscape.
Bureau Veritas was engaged by local landowners to represent their interests and advocate for commercially sounds planning and development outcomes for the precinct. The project team delivered a submission on behalf of the landowners in response to the precinct proposal.
Note: APP Corporation Pty Limited (The APP Group) was initially contracted for this project. The APP Group was acquired by Bureau Veritas in December 2024.
