Bureau Veritas is proud to be a long-term partner of Vicinity Centres for its flagship asset Chadstone – The Fashion Capital. For over 60 years, Chadstone – The Fashion Capital has evolved to meet the changing needs of shoppers by offering new retail, commercial, hotel and hospitality offerings.

Bureau Veritas was initially engaged by Vicinity Centres in 2016 to deliver multiple stages of its expansion programme. Since then, our experts have been providing advisory, development management, and project delivery services for a portfolio of projects within the site.
