As Transport for NSW’s (TfNSW) outsourced property services partner, Bureau Veritas delivers a full scope of services including property management, data management, lease administration, rent collection, marketing and leasing, project management, inspections and reporting, and facilities management.
Bureau Veritas manages TfNSW’s Roads, Maritime, Land Management, and Security Patrol portfolio, which comprises 2,700 lease agreements and approximately 215 land management sites with a contract value of $2.1 million per annum.
Since 2002, we have taken a partnership approach to work in collaboration with TfNSW and have consistently continued to meet expectations and exceed KPIs.
Key achievements include:
- 94% reduction in maritime commercial and domestic waterfront aged arrears
- 94% reduction in non-compliances
- 45% increase in total rent received
- 22x revenue received from Elizabeth Bay Marina
