Having appointed Broadspectrum to deliver nationwide Facilities Management services, early childhood education provider Goodstart reached out to The APP Group to deliver their capital works program as part of a significant national operational upgrade of their asset portfolio. This upgrade includes multiple refurbishments as well as several new centres.
Bureau Veritas formed a seamless delivery team that included specialists, front-end project management services, top-end national landscapers and fitout constructors to provide Goodstart with a genuine single line of responsibility across the country. Our team provided design and construction services, business case preparation, program planning and cost management.
Given the national scope and complexity of the project, Bureau Veritas established a Program Management Office within the client’s office to establish a strong rapport across the project team. This approach delivered greater transparency, increased communication and reduced delivery risk.
Note: APP Corporation Pty Limited (The APP Group) was initially contracted for this project. The APP Group was acquired by Bureau Veritas in December 2024.
