Anglican Care Property Development Plan
Providing strategic advice for an aged care and retirement living property portfolio.
Anglican Care is a not-for-profit aged care and retirement living provider, with facilities throughout the Lake Macquarie, Hunter and New England regions of NSW. As part of its long-term property plan, Anglican Care needed an experienced professional property advisor to assist with their portfolio.
Bureau Veritas provided strategic advice to help Anglicare make more informed decisions across its property portfolio by producing a property development plan. The role included the development of business cases, management of portfolio cash flow, programming and sequencing of projects.
In addition, the team provided project management services for the 145-bed Kilpatrick Court aged care facility in Toronto, the first project delivered under the new property plan.
Note: APP Corporation Pty Limited (The APP Group) was initially contracted for this project. The APP Group was acquired by Bureau Veritas in December 2024.
